How to Install pppoeconf software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

pppoeconf software package provides configures PPPoE/ADSL connections, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install pppoeconf

pppoeconf is installed in your system.

Make ensure the pppoeconf package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pppoeconf *

You will get with pppoeconf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
